Hello! I am Jaime Orton a multi-faceted artist who wears many hats—actor, dancer, choreographer, photographer, and videographer. From the tender age of 8, dance has been my heartbeat, and the stage, is my second home.
Now, not only do I grace the stage as an actor, but I also work as a show choir and musical choreographer.
I have worked as a professional choreographer for three years, and have choreographed many styles of dance such as jazz, hip-hop, musical theatre, ballet, swing, tap, and stomp.
In the dance of life, I've found another lens—photography and videography. Through my lens, I freeze moments in time, capturing the essence of live performances.
Currently, I am on a captivating journey at Nebraska Wesleyan University, pursuing a B.F.A. in Musical Theater, set to conclude in May 2024. Beyond the stage lights, my heart finds freedom in the embrace of mountains and the thrill of hiking. Nature inspires me just as much as the creative arts, grounding me and adding another layer to the stories I tell.
